inlet of pump. Vapor segregated device: key component of vapor separator. It includes the following components ---High pressure chamber composed of frame and upper cover; vapor segregated chamber that used to be called general pr fuel dispenser essure chamber, due to vary along with pump pressure, returned oil floater being installed here; spheriform buoy with exhausting valve, exhausting valve seat, returned oil floater, returned oil valve and exhausting pipe. Some factories fuel dispenser evolve the spheroid buoy with exhausting valve and exhausting seat as a ball valve, illustrating in diagram 2-15. Now some manufacturers replace ball valve with other structure that promotes the separator capacity. Diagram 2-14 Dimensional structure drawing of vapor separator 1-Valve cover 2-Vavle body 3-Steel ball 4-Upper cover Diagram 2-15 Structural drawing of single direction valve This kind of vapor segregated device has large pressure chamber in which oil flow slowly so that vapor has time upward. Therefore, this kind of vapor separator is better than that of small pressure chamber in terms of separate capacity. Anti-backward flow device: it mainly composes of spring seat, spring, check valve unit and outlet pipeline. Check valve gasket is made of oil-resistance rubber board, which is very important for realizing anti backward flow function. Working principle After starting a fuel dispenser new fuel dispenser larger air in pipeline is impelled out through check valve and exhausting valve. As there is no foam found in oil indicator fuel dispenser would be refueled. Fuel contained foam flows out of check valve through the bottom of high pressure chamber. The floater in high pressure is upward, levels of exhausting valve and its seat at parallel height, floated air and rest of oil flow into vapor separator chamber from the groove of exhausting valve. If that is ball valve, the steel ball has covered the hole on valve cover, these air and flow only flow from the groove of ball valve. The mixture of oil and air flow into vapor separator chamber in

For interoperability reasons only the fuel dispenser message on the network have to be considered but for explanations it is sometime useful to also consider the interface between the Application (layer 7) and the Communication (layers 1 to 6). The TCPIP specification is given in Part fuel dispenser 2.II. This document describes the implementation over LonWorks. The application layer defined by the IFSF is independent of the transport layer used. 2.1 LON Features The LON component selected to provide the ISO communications layers 1 to 6 is already used in the building wiringservices business. The very large usage of this component offers a powerful solution at an acceptable cost. The LON is able to use different physical layers (layer 1): - RS485 (max speed: 39 kbits) - Transform

the theme of the International AIDS Conference just held in Toronto (see article). But possible new prevention strategies, such as vaginal microbicides and prophylactic drugs, will take time to slow the rise in infection, even i fuel dispenser f they prove efficacious. Short of a medical breakthrough of which there is as yet no sign, the numbers will not fall. This will create a huge group of people who are, in effect, medical pensioners. Someone will have to pay for the fuel dispenser m. The first call, obviously, should be on the taxpayers of the countries where they live. Lots of middle-income countries are rich enough to carry the burden themselves. They should be encouraged to do so. But many places, especially in Africa, where a larger share of the population needs treatment, are unlikely to be rich enough for a long time—and their dependence will be further prolonged if their populations are sick and dying. Despite the constant harping of AIDS activists about the stinginess of governments, the rich world has been reasonably generous about AIDS over the past few years and a lot of money is available. But both of the main vehicles for handing out the money—PEPFAR and the Global Fund—are fragile. The Global Fund, which receives its cash from such sources as governments and charitable foundations, lives a hand-to-mouth existence, spending as it goes and hoping that its b fuel dispenser egging-bowl will be replenished. PEPFAR, the American President s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, is George Bush s creation, and will need to be re-endorsed when his term is up. There must be a plausible long-term commitment that these institutions, or their successors, will not be left in the lurch. For that would leave millions of sick people in the lurch, too. Obviously, no government can bind its successors. But the G8 countries (or at least the G7, for Russia has its own AIDS epidemic to deal with) should give an undertaking that they understand what they are getting themselves into. Taking on millions of medical pensioners is indeed a
